9-11 Memorial

The Vintage Fire Museum hosts an annual remembrance ceremony to honor those lost in the September 11th attacks on the Twin Towers. The event features meaningful tributes including a special display, an honor guard, a large flag hoisted on ladder trucks, a brief address, prayer, a moment of silence, and a bell ceremony. Seating will be provided, though you're welcome to bring your own chairs if you prefer. The gathering is held outdoors when weather allows; if conditions aren't favorable, it moves indoors to the museum. This is a free event open to everyone in the community. Whether you're looking to reflect quietly, teach your children about this important day in history, or stand together with neighbors, all are invited to attend. No registration is required—simply plan to arrive and participate in this respectful tribute.
