Conservation Patch Day

On Conservation Patch Day, your elementary-aged child will explore how Yew Dell Botanical Gardens makes environmentally responsible choices every day. The two-hour program invites kids to rotate through five different stations, each featuring a hands-on activity focused on protecting our planet. By the end, your child will have completed activities at each station and earned a custom Yew Dell patch to take home. You'll also receive practical ideas for making Earth-friendly choices in your own household. This program works well for families, youth groups, or clubs looking for an educational outing. A participating child's ticket is $22 and includes all supplies and the patch. One adult must accompany each child; additional adults or non-participating children pay standard garden admission when you arrive. Note that tickets are final sale and non-refundable, though you can transfer your ticket to someone else if needed. The event runs rain or shine, so plan accordingly.
