Downtown Silent Disco

Join Louisville Downtown Partnership for their first-ever Silent Disco celebration at Big Four Lawn. This all-ages event puts a modern twist on dancing—instead of a traditional sound system, guests wear wireless headphones and choose from three different music channels: Top 40, Decades, or a dedicated kids' station. Everyone dances together under the glow of downtown's skyline, but each person controls exactly what they're hearing. The Downtown CineBus projection unit adds colorful lighting and visual effects to set the festive mood. The lawn opens at 7pm with food and drink vendors on-site, giving families time to settle in before the silent disco kicks off at 7:30pm. It's a fun, family-friendly way to experience downtown Louisville together—whether you're a teenager excited about current hits, a parent nostalgic for '80s and '90s favorites, or a younger child enjoying music picked just for them.
