Free Play Saturday

Your kids can spend the day playing freely at Playcosystem, a sprawling 17-acre nature playground designed for child-led exploration. They'll have access to "loose parts"—natural and found materials—that encourage creativity, imagination, and hands-on discovery. Whether they're building, exploring, or just following their curiosity, there's plenty of room to play on their own terms. While the kids play, you'll have a chance to chat with staff about the value of unstructured outdoor time and nature play. There's no cost to attend and no registration needed—just show up and let the day unfold. It's a relaxed way to spend several hours outside while your children develop independence and imagination through play.
