Handel's Messiah is a beloved orchestral classic that brings together drama, beauty, and some of the most recognizable music ever written—especially the famous "Hallelujah" Chorus that audiences love to hear. The Louisville Orchestra presents this timeless work, which has delighted families and music lovers for generations. It's a wonderful introduction to orchestral music for kids who are ready to sit through a full concert, and parents often find it meaningful as well. Tickets are available for purchase, and the Louisville Orchestra recommends arriving about 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and getting settled. There's no formal dress code, so wear whatever feels comfortable.
