Lane Motor Museum Vault Tours

Lane Motor Museum houses an impressive collection of over 550 cars and motorcycles, but only about 150 are on display at any given time. The Vault Tour gives families a chance to explore the storage areas downstairs and see many more vehicles from the collection. These guided tours last approximately 45 minutes and run most weekends at two time slots throughout the day. The museum specializes in European automobiles and offers a unique behind-the-scenes look at what's typically hidden from view. Adding a vault tour to your museum admission costs $10 per person, and tickets are available at the admissions counter on a first-come, first-served basis with a maximum of 30 people per tour. Plan to arrive about five minutes early, as tours start promptly. Kids and adults alike will enjoy exploring the vault, and photography is welcome. Keep in mind that accessing the vault involves descending a long, steep flight of stairs; however, staff can arrange alternative access through the back door if needed. Be prepared to follow safety guidelines while walking through the storage area.
