Light Up Charlestown!

Join the community as Charlestown flips the switch on its holiday season! This free celebration features live holiday music and food trucks at Doug Coyne Pavilion in Greenway Park. At 6 p.m., the big moment arrives when organizers illuminate the festive lights that will sparkle throughout the city for the rest of the season. Once the lights come on, the glow spreads across multiple locations—Greenway Park, City Square, and Family Activities Park—creating a magical backdrop for holiday outings all season long. It's a wonderful way to kick off the festivities with your family while enjoying music, treats from food vendors, and the excitement of seeing your community transformed into a winter wonderland. Best of all, there's no admission cost.
