The experience begins with a cocktail hour, followed by a four-course dinner where each dish is thoughtfully matched with sparkling wine selections. Expect creative cuisine like smoked oysters, braised rabbit risotto, grilled steak, and a licorice cake dessert—all specially designed to pair with the wines served throughout the meal. At $125 per person, this is an adults-focused culinary event rather than a family outing.
