Pollinator Pairs (Adult/Child Workshop)

Bring your child to this two-hour autumn workshop focused on pollinators and their role in our food systems. Mason Quiram from the Oldham County Conservation District will lead the session, exploring why these creatures matter and how families can support them in their own yards. He'll also introduce the Pollinator Cost Share program, which offers resources to Oldham County residents interested in making a difference. Your ticket covers one adult and one child, and includes a pollinator plant to take home from the gardens' nursery. Only eight adult-child pairs can attend, so spots fill quickly. If you'd like to extend your visit, stay for the 1 p.m. Plant Walk with the horticulture team, also focused on fall pollinators. Tickets are $30 for members and $40 for general admission; once purchased, they're final sale but can be transferred to someone else if needed. The workshop runs rain or shine.
