Staying Nutty

Join us for an hour-and-a-half adventure exploring one of nature's most entertaining creatures: the squirrel! You'll discover which local trees provide the nuts these fuzzy foragers depend on, and get hands-on practice with the skills squirrels need to survive. The program includes learning to spot nut-bearing trees in our area, building a cozy nest, and figuring out how to stash enough food for winter—all from a squirrel's perspective. Registration is required and must be completed by 4 p.m. the day before the program. Admission is $15 for Bernheim members and $20 for non-members.
