These climate-controlled suites are located on floors 4–6 with views of the homestretch and Twin Spires, accommodating groups of 20–50 people. Each suite features covered balconies, additional viewing areas, a kitchenette, and dedicated service staff to help make your day smooth and enjoyable. The suites come with parking access and a complimentary race day program. You can customize your experience with catering options, and on select premium race days—including Derby Week and Thanksgiving—all food and beverage are included. A full bar service is available, and you'll have access to dedicated betting windows.
